About Illumina's Founder - Nadia Adose

As a parent, Nadia encountered the same challenges while searching for a tutor that many parents faced - not knowing where to begin, what makes a good tutor and how to understand what the best approach to helping her child would be. This inspired her to open Dubai’s School Is Easy franchise in 2021, to enable other parents to access the best tutors for their children, not just for academic success but in a sustainable way that enabled real growth and development.

Nadia's expertise as an education specialist was honed during her time as a Combat Engineer and Senior Commander with the Canadian Armed Forces. Further, Nadia has years experience delivering corporate leadership programmes, coaching and training educators to not only be better versions of themselves - but to understand the needs of their learners in a more organic way.  Nadia is skilled at empowering people with the tools to succeed in any situation and is passionate about supporting families to access education that truly works.
